OPTIONS
- For antique gold or silver plating add .30 (A).
- For 3-D designs add .40 (A) and 80.00 (G) die charge.
- For two-color plating add .60 (A).
- Soft enamel color can be added for .12 (A) per color.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLES
- A 100.00 (G) sample charge will be refunded when order is placed. Design changes will incur an additional charge. Overnight shipping charges may apply. Pre-payment may be required. Adds 10 days to 2 weeks to delivery.
DELIVERY
- 4 weeks after approval of artwork or pre-production sample.
