Acknowledgement
All new orders and reorders are promptly acknowledged. Please examine carefully and notify us promptly of any discrepancies or changes.

Artwork
Electronic art in the following formats is preferred: Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (.ai &.eps), Corel Draw (.cdr). Please convert all text to outlines or curves before sending. Vector artwork is required for printed pins. If at 300 dpi, .jpg, .bmp, .tif, .gif and .pdf files are acceptable for most processes. Please e-mail artwork to artwork@bizpins.com. Please fax a printed copy of artwork with purchase order. Please supply actual PMS colors or allow us to suggest PMS colors based on the appearance of your artwork. Artwork can be created from your sketch or components at $50.00 (G) per hour.

Badges
We make police, fire and other service badges. Please call for a quotation.

Cancellation Charges
Cancellation or change to an order in process will be charged according to costs incurred at the time of cancellation or change. For rush service, once the order has been acknowledged and artwork has been sent to the factory, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.

Conditions
All prices, terms of sale, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to approval by BizPins and are not binding until accepted. BizPins retains the right to refuse any order at any time.

Please call for a no-charge consultation regarding which process would be most appropriate for your pin or key tag project. To ensure that we provide you with an accurate quote, please provide a copy of your artwork via fax (888/477-7911) or e-mail (info@bizpins.com).

Copyrights and Trademarks
We assume that customers have permission to use all trademarks, logos, and designs sent to us. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.

Die Charges
Die charges are for labor only. Dies remain in our possession for customer use only. Die charges vary based on manufacturing method. Please refer to the appropriate product listing for any related die charges.

Order Confirmations and Paper Proofs
We require that all order confirmations and paper proofs be signed and returned via fax (888/477-7911) before production of your order can begin. Delay in returning these documents will affect the shipping time of the order.

Virtual Samples
Available at no charge for any semi-custom item (e.g. lanyards, wristbands, stock ornaments, caps and travel). A virtual rendering of any fully-custom item (including pins, coins, medallions, charms, key tags, bookmarks and soft rubber), will be billed at $20.00 (G) per image. This fee will be waived if request for a fully-custom virtual sample is accompanied by a purchase order for the actual product in at least catalog minimum quantity.

Product Options
Antique Plating:
For antique gold or silver plating, add 20%. For antique copper or brass, add 15%.
Back Stamping:
Available on all processes. Call for pricing.
Cutouts:
For each cutout add $0.04 (A), plus a tooling charge of $30.00 (G).
Metal Thickness:
Standard thickness for die struck pins is 1.3mm; for etched and printed pins, 0.8mm. Heavier gauge metal is available upon request.
Serial Numbers:
On front or back, add $0.40 (G).
  Overruns
Since all items are custom manufactured, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under quantity ordered and bill accordingly. In practice, we do not bill for overruns and rarely have an underrun.

Pre-Production and Spec Samples
Pre-production samples are available at $50.00 (G) and ship within two weeks. If the item is not ordered within two months, a die charge will also be billed. Preproduction samples are required on orders over 5,000 pieces. If sample is approved and order is produced, sample charge will be credited at time of invoicing. Prices for spec samples differ according to product and decoration method. Please call for details.

Promotion Rights
We reserve the right to use all products produced in our advertising and display unless advised in writing at time of order.

Quote Requests
We would be happy to assist you with pricing for any item in our catalog. To ensure that we can provide you with an accurate quote, please provide a copy of your artwork e-mail (info@bizpins.com).

Random Samples
All random sample requests must be made in writing and can be submitted by fax (888/477-7911) or e-mail (shipping@bizpins.com). Due to the custom nature of our products, random samples may be in limited supply. However, we do our best to stock samples of most manufacturing methods and we will notify you if your request cannot be filled. Random samples will be sent via US Mail at no charge, unless an alternative shipper number is provided. We reserve the right to limit the number of samples sent.

Returned Goods
Goods may not be returned without our written authorization. All return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods.

Rush Service
Rush service is available for many items in our catalog at an additional cost. All rush orders require approval of the factory before we accept your purchase order. Once a rush order has been acknowledged and artwork has been sent to the factory, we cannot accept any changes or cancellations.

Shipping
F.O.B Illinois by ground unless otherwise specified. For drop/split shipments add $3.00 net per address.

Sizing
Size of items for pricing is determined by the longest dimension of the item.

Terms
Net 30 days with credit approval. New accounts require first order pre-payment. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards accepted. Interest of 1.5% per month charged on past due accounts.
